What each status means
- Received
- Saved successfully. A person has not necessarily read it yet.
- In review
- Support has acknowledged and is reviewing your request.
- In progress
- Work is underway.
- Waiting on you
- Read the reply and send the requested information.
- Planned
- A change is planned; no delivery date unless stated in the reply.
- Resolved / Closed
- A resolution or closing explanation is in the conversation. Reply to reopen it for review.
